The KSTAR hosted the 10th KSTAR Program Advisory Committee Meeting (KSTAR PAC Meeting) from the 29th to the 31st of August. Due to COVID-19, this biannual meeting was held three years after the 9th PAC meeting. A total of fourteen advisors from renowned global fusion research institutes visited the KFE for the event. The meeting opened with a presentation on the overall status and plan of the KSTAR, which was followed by fifteen sessions on specific research areas. The advisors reviewed the KSTAR experiment results in connection with global fusion research progress such as the ITER construction and consulted on the future research strategies and device upgrades for KSTAR.
